Traditional and Unikat Patterns
Polish pottery comes in two distinct types of patterns – Traditional and Unikat.
Traditional Patterns
Traditional patterns date back over 300 years and were inspired by the peacock, a favorite of European royalty. These patterns feature royal blue backgrounds and intricate circles in their designs. Countless variations of Polish pottery based on traditional patterns exist today.
Unikat Patterns
Unikat (meaning “unique”) patterns are more modern patterns that are custom designed. Each piece is hand-painted and decorated by a highly skilled and experienced artist with a fine brush. Unikat pieces are intricate works of art and each piece is accompanied with the artist’s signature. Every piece is truly one of a kind.
Polish pottery includes dinnerware, bakeware, serveware and other gifts and accessories. It makes a beautiful addition to any kitchen or home decor!
